How it works
What happens between answering our questions and choosing an installer.
1. You answer seven questions
The roof you have, the roof you want, the shape, the frame material, the size, whether you own the home and when you want the work done. You see a typical price range for your conservatory before we ask for any contact details.
2. You choose whether to ask for quotes
If you want quotes, you give your name, phone, email and postcode and tick a box agreeing that we can pass them to Leads 2 Trade Limited (trading as Compare Companies). Nothing is shared until you tick that box and press the button.
3. Leads 2 Trade confirms your request
Leads 2 Trade calls you to check your details and what you want. Calls are recorded for quality and compliance. They then introduce up to four conservatory roof installers who cover your postcode. Installers in their roof network need an LABC certificate for their roof system, an insurance backed guarantee and at least a year of trading.
4. Installers survey and quote
Each installer arranges a free survey to measure the conservatory and check the frames, base and roof. They then send a written quote. There is no obligation to accept any of them.
5. You compare and decide
Use our quote checklist to compare like for like. If you sign a contract in your home, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
